  1. Promote and sell our innovative sustainability solutions to healthcare facilities in Central New Jersey.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products and services to potential customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, key decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs and preferences to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies that align with company objectives.
  6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase our products and services.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using company CRM system.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance sales techniques and processes.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
