  1. Promote and sell Stryker's Emergency Care products to hospitals in the Atlanta area.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key decision makers.
  3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  4. Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  6. Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Stryker's products.
  10. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
  11. Represent Stryker and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before and after sales.
  13. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and maintain a positive image of the company.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience In The Medical Industry: A Successful Sales Representative For Stryker In Atlanta's Emergency Care Division Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Goals And Building Relationships In The Medical Field. This Includes Experience Selling To Hospitals And Other Healthcare Facilities.

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Care Products And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Emergency Care Products And Procedures, Including Knowledge Of Stryker's Product Line. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Educate And Sell To Hospital Staff And Decision Makers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales Representative, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships With Hospital Staff And Understanding Their Needs. The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner Is Also Important.

  • Proven Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets: Stryker Is A Results-Driven Company, And The Sales Representative For The Atlanta Emergency Care Division Must Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Requires A Proactive And Driven Approach To Sales, As Well As Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills.
