
Sales Recruiter
Expected to maintain a high volume of about 20 open requisitions. Advertises opportunities to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Source, qualify and interview candidates for open positions and anticipate future needs within the division in partnership with HR business partners and hiring managers. Initiate recruitment process analysis, decision making and improvements. Build knowledge, skill and confidence to approach, prepare and succeed at behavioral based interviews and train others to do the same. Collaborate with internal and external recruiters, and employees to identify new talent and referrals in sales. Accurately manage candidate/requisition lifecycle for data integrity and prepare talent acquisition metrics and statistics. You deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle. Support the divisional Diversity & Inclusion Plan, including holding third party agencies accountable for diverse line-ups.
3+ years relevant experience required
Previous mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
Fundamental knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection tools
Ability to advise and push back on others if need be; act as a trusted advisor for their customers
