- Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate current sales compensation plans to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales compensation to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, to ensure accuracy and consistency of sales compensation data.
- Create and maintain sales compensation dashboards and reports to track performance and provide visibility to key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to sales team members regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues.
- Partner with the Sales Operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation payments.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis Or Related Field
