  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to promote Stryker's endoscopy products.
  2. Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets for the Endoscopy division.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals and potential customers.
  4. Provide exceptional customer support, including addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Complete all necessary sales and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product releases and updates.
  11. Represent Stryker's values and maintain a professional image at all times.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Travel as required to meet with customers and attend events.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  16. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of Stryker's products and industry.
  17. Provide input and feedback to assist in the development of new products or improvements to existing products.
  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  19. Conduct market research and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  20. Represent Stryker with professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Knowledge And Experience In The Medical Device Industry: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry, Particularly In The Field Of Endoscopy. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Features, Market Trends, And Competition.

  • Sales And Negotiation Skills: A Sales Associate Must Have Excellent Sales And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Close Deals. This Includes The Ability To Identify Customer Needs, Present Product Solutions, And Handle Objections.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Sales Associate, You Will Be Interacting With A Variety Of Customers And Colleagues, So Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Essential. This Includes Active Listening, Effective Communication, And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships.
