  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stryker's robotics products, their features, and capabilities.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on robotics technology and its application in the healthcare industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to develop and implement strategies for promoting and selling robotics products.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use and integrate robotics technology into their practice.
  5. Generate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product development and sales strategies.
  7. Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting any issues and offering solutions to maximize product performance.
  8. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase Stryker's robotics products and build brand awareness.
  9. Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Stryker's robotics products.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Robotic Systems, Including Programming And Troubleshooting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Robotics Industry, Preferably In A Product Specialist Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Train On Complex Technical Information.

  • Proven Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Tasks.
