- Act as a subject matter expert on Stryker's robotics products and their applications in the healthcare industry
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our robotics products
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the robotics portfolio
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development and sales strategies
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate this information to the product development team
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our robotics products to target audiences
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team to communicate customer needs and provide input on product enhancements and features
- Travel to customer sites for product installation, troubleshooting, and customer training as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Development And/Or Sales Within The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Robotics Technology And Its Applications In The Medical Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Promoting New Products, With A Strong Emphasis On Customer Satisfaction And Driving Revenue Growth.
