  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for cosmetic products in the market.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and communicate any potential impact to the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for new and existing products.
  4. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  6. Maintain and update product registrations, licenses, and other required documentation for cosmetics division.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory affairs for cosmetic products and provide guidance to other team members.
  8. Review and approve all product labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate any potential regulatory issues.
  10. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and compliance.
  11. Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in regulatory requirements and make recommendations for company-wide updates and changes as needed.
  13. Train and educate team members on regulatory requirements and standards to ensure company-wide compliance.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory documentation and submissions.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current regulatory processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Within The Cosmetic Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Cosmetics, Including Labeling And Product Safety.

  • Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Product Registrations For International Markets.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
