Job Description

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team and help us navigate the complex world of cosmetics regulations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet all necessary standards and regulations, allowing us to continue providing high-quality and safe products to our customers.   1. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on all relevant cosmetic regulations, including FDA and international regulations, and ensure company compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate communication of product information and approvals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, and Marketing to ensure all product development and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  4. Review and approve product labeling, marketing materials, and advertising to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  5. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, such as product registration and labeling, to regulatory agencies for product approvals and renewals.
  6. Conduct internal audits to ensure company processes and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
  7. Communicate with international distributors to ensure compliance with local regulations for product distribution.
  8. Monitor and track changes in regulations and communicate any potential impact on the company’s products or processes.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to ensure product safety and compliance.
  10. Act as the primary point of contact for any regulatory inquiries or audits and provide timely and accurate responses.
  11. Train and educate internal teams on regulatory requirements and updates to ensure understanding and compliance.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve company processes and procedures to maintain compliance with changing regulations.
  13. Collaborate with external consultants and experts to ensure the company’s understanding and compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory activities and submissions.
  15. Represent the company in industry associations and conferences to stay informed on regulatory trends and changes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Regulatory Affairs.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Within The Cosmetics Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Cosmetics And Experience With International Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Regulatory Agencies.
