  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the onsite teams in San Antonio, TX.
  2. Ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction is consistently met.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to onsite team members to ensure they are equipped to meet performance goals.

  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on onsite operations and performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Onsite Operations And The Medical Device Industry, With Specific Knowledge Of Stryker Products.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive Work Culture.
