We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Trauma division, covering the North West, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire regions. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trauma market.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets for the trauma division in the North West, Yorkshire, and Nottinghamshire regions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trauma market, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote Stryker's trauma products.
  5. Train and develop sales team members in the region, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to the national sales manager, highlighting potential areas for improvement.
  7. Represent Stryker at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements relating to the sale of medical devices and ensure all sales activities adhere to these standards.
  10. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and maintain a thorough understanding of Stryker's product portfolio to effectively sell and promote our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, With A Strong Background In The Trauma Market.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Willingness To Travel Extensively Within The Assigned Region And To Attend Industry Conferences And Events As Needed.
