  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and growth within the region.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and product usage.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to provide the most current and valuable support to customers.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Etc.)
