  1. Provide on-site support and training for Stryker's medical devices in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  3. Ensure that all on-site support and training is conducted in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with Stryker's medical devices.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our medical devices.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for new business.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all on-site visits and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Act as the primary point of contact for any customer concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  10. Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
  13. Travel to various locations within the region as required.
  14. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and support each other.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hospital Operations.

  • Availability For Frequent Travel Within The Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area And Surrounding Regions.
