As the Regional Manager - Texas - Sustainability Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sustainable business practices and strategies within our organization. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is knowledgeable about current environmental issues and can inspire and lead a team towards achieving our sustainability goals.   1. Develop and implement sustainable business practices and strategies within the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date on current environmental issues and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives.
  4. Lead and inspire a team towards achieving sustainability goals and targets.
  5. Monitor and track progress towards sustainability goals and report to upper management.
  6. Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices.
  7. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure sustainability standards are met.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to further sustainability efforts.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  10. Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and initiatives.
  11. Represent the company at sustainability conferences and events.
  12. Continuously research and implement new sustainability practices to improve the company's environmental impact.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's sustainability efforts.
  14. Evaluate and recommend sustainable products and materials for use in the organization.
  15. Develop and manage budgets for sustainability initiatives and projects.
  16. Stay informed on local, state, and federal regulations related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
  17. Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on sustainability progress and initiatives.
  18. Act as a liaison between the company and local communities to promote sustainability efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Sustainability Or Environmental Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Principles And Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Sustainability Initiatives And Driving Positive Change Within An Organization.
