In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to promote sustainability practices within the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sustainability practices within the healthcare industry in the Florida region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for sustainable business growth and develop action plans to achieve them.
  3. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and integrate them into the company's strategy.
  4. Lead and manage a team of sustainability professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and government agencies, to promote sustainable practices.
  6. Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives, including key performance indicators and financial impact.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for sustainability initiatives and ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  9. Act as a spokesperson for the company's sustainability efforts, representing Stryker at conferences, events, and industry meetings.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to sustainability to ensure compliance and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement campaigns to promote sustainability efforts and engage stakeholders.
  12. Stay informed about advancements in sustainable technologies and practices and make recommendations for their implementation.
  13. Foster a culture of sustainability within the company and engage employees at all levels to promote and support sustainable practices.
  14. Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies related to sustainability.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Sustainability Solutions division and the company, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sustainability Practices And Solutions, Including Experience Implementing Sustainability Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams.

  • Ability To Travel Within The Florida Region And Occasionally Nationally, As Needed For Business Needs.
