  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals in the CMF division in Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth and increase market share in the region.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical industry.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  6. Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management on sales and market trends, as well as team performance.
  7. Develop and manage the regional budget to ensure effective use of resources and drive profitability.
  8. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and identify opportunities for process and efficiency enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Medical Device Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically In The Cmf (Cranio-Maxillofacial) Segment. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Regional Manager At Stryker, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives Across Australia And New Zealand. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Essential For This Role.
