Extensive Experience In The Medical Device Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically In The Cmf (Cranio-Maxillofacial) Segment. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Regional Manager At Stryker, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives Across Australia And New Zealand. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Essential For This Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cmf Products: The Regional Manager Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling Stryker's Cmf Products In The Region.
