  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the designated region to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Work closely with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and support in achieving their goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and manage the regional finance team, providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
  5. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other regional finance managers and global finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and reporting.
  7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies within the designated region.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, to support business objectives.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-National Company.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.
