
Quality Systems Specialist
As a Specialist within the Quality Systems Team at Stryker Medical, you will be a process owner for our Training process. You’ll support individuals across our organization as a system expert in our SLMS Training System. As the process owner, you’ll work with SMEs and other process owners to develop training plans and support execution in Stryker’s LMS. You will train and system support internal partners and managers with the use of SLMS. You will monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Develop and train internal partners that operate processes of which you have oversight. Review and approval of records or documents associated with the processes being supported/led. Identify and drive opportunities for enhancement of existing quality and regulatory systems/tools in support of our departmental and divisional planning. Drive improvements and support of changing regulations/requirements of our quality system content and processes.
Basic understanding of US and International Medical Device Regulations preferred
Basic knowledge with Quality Systems (CAPA, audits, Management Review, Quality Planning, etc.) preferred
3+ years of related experience
