Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Processes: A Quality Control Technician At Stryker Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles, Methods, And Tools Used In The Medical Device Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.
Experience With Testing And Inspection Equipment: The Role Of A Quality Control Technician Involves Conducting Various Tests And Inspections On Medical Devices And Components. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Testing And Inspection Equipment Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges.
Attention To Detail: Quality Control Is A Critical Aspect Of Ensuring The Safety And Efficacy Of Medical Devices. A Successful Quality Control Technician At Stryker Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Report Even The Smallest Defects Or Deviations From Specifications.
