  1. Conduct quality control testing and analysis on various medical devices and products to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  2. Accurately record and report test results to management and other relevant departments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues or concerns.
  4. Follow established protocols and procedures for quality control testing and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  6. Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control processes and procedures.
  7. Identify and document any nonconforming products and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques and technologies.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company values and consistently uphold them in all aspects of the job.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on quality control processes and results.
  12. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to quality control.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Control Principles And Processes: A Quality Control Technician At Stryker Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles, Methods, And Tools Used In The Medical Device Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.

  • Experience With Testing And Inspection Equipment: The Role Of A Quality Control Technician Involves Conducting Various Tests And Inspections On Medical Devices And Components. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Testing And Inspection Equipment Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges.

  • Attention To Detail: Quality Control Is A Critical Aspect Of Ensuring The Safety And Efficacy Of Medical Devices. A Successful Quality Control Technician At Stryker Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Report Even The Smallest Defects Or Deviations From Specifications.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Quality Control Technicians Must Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Troubleshoot Issues That May Arise During Testing Or Inspection. This Requires Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Ensure That All Products Meet The Required Quality Standards.
