  1. Perform quality control testing on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  2. Monitor and document product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  3. Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or issues.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot quality problems, and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.
  6. Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and ensure product consistency.
  7. Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and guidelines.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Participate in new product development and validation processes.
  10. Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate any quality issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  12. Train and mentor new quality control technicians.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and projects.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are being used in production.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance In A Medical Device Or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control Principles And Methodologies, Including Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, And Auditing.

  • Experience With Fda Regulations And Iso 13485 Standards.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail, Problem-Solving Skills, And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
