  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  2. Oversee the quality control processes and inspections for all products, ensuring they meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct regular audits of production processes and systems to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  5. Support and lead quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data analysis and other tools to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of understanding and adherence to quality standards.
  7. Stay current on industry regulations and standards, and ensure that all quality assurance processes are in compliance with these requirements.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components used in production meets our standards.
  9. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, providing timely and effective solutions to address any issues.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on quality metrics and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Process Improvement And Implementing Quality Initiatives To Ensure Product Quality And Compliance.
