Job Description

Stryker is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our R&D team and help take our research initiatives to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with a thorough understanding of the research and development process. We require a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, set goals, and drive results in a timely fashion.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify and recommend solutions to complex problems and help to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans for research and development initiatives, taking into account project timelines, resources, and budget.
  2. Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure they are completed within the established timeline and budget.
  3. Identify and recommend solutions to complex problems and issues that arise during projects.
  4. Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Prepare and present project progress reports to executive leadership.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure accurate records of project progress.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  8. Develop effective strategies for risk management and contingency planning.
  9. Ensure adherence to established quality control standards.
  10. Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
