Job Description

We at Stryker are looking for a qualified and motivated Project Manager, Business Development Integration to join our team and help drive our success. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically. We need an individual who can manage complex projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and identify and deliver innovative solutions.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of related experience, including experience in project management, business development, and/or strategy development. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field is a plus. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interfacing with senior-level management. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver innovative solutions.
  2. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills to think strategically.
  3. Manage and coordinate the development of business strategies.
  4. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  5. Analyze current processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
  6. Prepare and present reports to senior-level management on project progress.
  7. Monitor project performance and ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Manage resources and budgets related to projects.
  9. Research and recommend new technology and tools to improve workflow.
  10. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
