Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Business Development Integration to join our Stryker family. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and business development, as well as a passion for creating successful partnerships.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to collaborate with partners and stakeholders, as well as a proven track record of developing and managing successful business and project plans. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.The Project Manager, Business Development Integration will be a key member of the Stryker team, responsible for driving the development and growth of business relationships and partnerships. This role requires the successful candidate to be a team player, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be proactive in developing strategies for future growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement successful project plans and business strategies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
  4. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
  5. Monitor the progress of projects and business development initiatives.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for future growth.
  7. Provide analysis and reporting of project performance.
  8. Develop innovative solutions to challenges and potential conflicts.
  9. Ensure the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives within specified timelines.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
