Job Description

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Compliance and Privacy team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory and privacy requirements. You will lead and execute compliance initiatives, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and privacy, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving a culture of ethical and responsible business practices.   1. Develop and implement compliance and privacy programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Lead and manage compliance projects from initiation to completion, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  4. Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address compliance requirements for new products, services, and business practices.
  6. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance and privacy policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and privacy matters and provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  10. Represent the company in regulatory and privacy audits and investigations.
  11. Identify and report potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
  12. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance compliance processes and procedures.
  14. Monitor and report on key compliance metrics to senior leadership.
  15. Foster a culture of ethical and responsible business practices throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Healthcare, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Privacy Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Compliance Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Hipaa, Gdpr, And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Compliance Programs And Implementing Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
