  1. Collaborate with engineering team to develop and improve robotics products, ensuring they meet the latest advancements in technology and industry standards.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to customers and sales team on the application and use of our robotics products.
  3. Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for customers and sales team on the features and capabilities of our robotics products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotics technology, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new product development.
  5. Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
  6. Collaborate with marketing team to develop product messaging and promotional materials to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and inquiries related to our robotics products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new markets and applications for our robotics products.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to drive the success of our robotics products.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our robotics products and establishing relationships with potential customers and partners.
  11. Monitor and track product performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement to management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements, in all aspects of product development and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Robotics, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Expertise In Programming And Troubleshooting Robotic Systems, Including Familiarity With Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And/Or Ros.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users On Robotic Systems.
