  1. Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  2. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  3. Ensure all products meet quality standards by conducting visual and functional inspections.
  4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  5. Document and report any equipment malfunctions or product defects.
  6. Assist with inventory management and material handling.
  7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and suggest ideas for cost-saving measures.
  11. Maintain accurate records and complete production reports.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth production flow.
  13. Cross-train in different areas of production to increase versatility and support team needs.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and guidelines.
  15. Take responsibility for personal and team safety by following all safety protocols and reporting any safety hazards.
  16. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  17. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
