- Assemble and package medical devices with precision and efficiency.

- Operate and maintain production equipment and tools in accordance with company procedures.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Production Associate I At Stryker Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.
Previous Production Experience: Stryker Requires At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment For This Position. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Understanding Of Production Processes And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
Attention To Detail: As A Production Associate I, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Order To Ensure The Quality And Accuracy Of The Products Being Produced. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Any Potential Issues Or Errors In The Production Process.
Physical Ability: This Position May Require Standing For Long Periods Of Time, As Well As Lifting, Bending, And Other Physical Activities. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
