  1. Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality medical devices.
  2. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized production records and documentation.
  6. Participate in training programs to develop and improve production skills.
  7. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
  8. Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve production efficiency.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  11. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth within the company.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
  13. Follow all regulatory and compliance requirements related to medical device manufacturing.

  16. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of products.
  17. Assist in the training and onboarding of new production team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment, Including Standing For Extended Periods Of Time And Lifting Up To 50 Pounds.
