- Provide technical support and assistance to customers for our robotic and manual medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our products.
- Conduct product trainings for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of our devices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to effectively support customers and internal teams.
- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on product developments and gather feedback for improvement.
- Participate in product development and testing processes to provide valuable insights and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to relay product feedback and suggestions for improvement.
