  14. Take ownership of process optimization projects from conception to completion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization In A Manufacturing Or Healthcare Environment.

  • Proficiency In Lean And Six Sigma Methodologies, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvement Projects.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
