Stryker is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Portfolio Manager, Digital to join our team and help us shape the future of our digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects, a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital marketplace. The successful candidate will need to be an effective leader, able to work with a diverse team and build relationships with key stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in digital portfolio management, with a strong focus on the design and implementation of digital solutions. You will also need to have experience in managing large digital projects, as well as a proven ability to drive change. Finally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.We are looking for a Principal Portfolio Manager, Digital who is creative, passionate and solutions-oriented, and who is capable of leading a team of highly-skilled professionals. Responsibilities:

  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of digital projects.
  10. Develop and present reports and presentations to senior leadership.
