Job Qualifications
  • Expertise In Embedded Systems: The Principal Engineer Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Deep Understanding Of Embedded Systems, Including Hardware And Software Development, Microcontrollers, And Real-Time Operating Systems.

  • Extensive Experience In Product Development: Candidates Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing Embedded Systems For Medical Devices Or Other Highly Regulated Industries. This Should Include Experience In All Stages Of The Product Development Lifecycle, From Concept To Launch.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor Team Members.

  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Stryker Is A Highly Regulated Company, And Their Products Must Comply With Various Regulatory Standards. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations, Such As Fda And Iso, And Be Able To Ensure That All Embedded Systems Meet These Requirements.
