Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced and innovative Principal Chemical Engineer to join our team and take on a leadership role in driving the development of groundbreaking medical technologies. The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in chemical engineering, including design, development, and implementation of chemical processes. We are looking for a dedicated team player who is passionate about engineering excellence, able to collaborate on complex projects, and adept at providing technical guidance to colleagues.The Principal Chemical Engineer will be responsible for managing the development of new process technologies and driving research and development initiatives that meet or exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of chemical processes and engineering principles, and possess the ability to develop and implement strategies for process improvement.Required qualifications:• 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering• Expertise in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes• Comprehensive understanding of chemical processes and engineering principles• Ability to collaborate on complex projects and provide technical guidance to colleagues• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Proven experience in managing the development of new process technologies

Responsibilities of the Principal Chemical Engineer:
