  1. Conduct data analysis on project management data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather and analyze project data.
  3. Prepare regular reports and presentations on project data for management and stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain project management data tracking systems and tools.
  5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of project data by performing regular quality checks and audits.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and propose solutions to address them.
  7. Support project teams in setting and tracking project goals and metrics.
  8. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management data analysis.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Data Science, Or Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Pmo Or Project Management Environment.

  • Strong Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Data-Driven Insights To Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Concepts, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, To Understand And Analyze Project Data Effectively.
