  1. Lead the design and development of plastic components for medical devices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for product development.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential improvements and advancements in plastic engineering.
  4. Utilize your expertise in plastics to provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
  5. Participate in product design reviews and provide valuable input to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, such as design specifications and test plans, to ensure accurate and efficient development processes.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the development process, working closely with the quality assurance team to ensure timely resolution.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plastics technology to continuously improve product design and development strategies.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials for product development.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge in plastics engineering.
  11. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events to showcase the company's products and expertise in plastics engineering.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Plastic Product Design And Development.
