  1. Develop and implement packaging solutions for our medical devices in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest packaging technologies and materials to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure packaging meets all requirements and timelines.
  4. Analyze and evaluate packaging designs for functionality, durability, and efficiency.
  5. Design and execute packaging validation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of packaging designs, specifications, and testing results.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot packaging issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
  9. Continuously assess and improve packaging processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to contribute to the company's innovation and competitive advantage.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates and reports on packaging projects.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and reputation.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on packaging engineering and provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Packaging Design Tools.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development.

  • Strong Working Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Testing Methods, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
