  1. Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs of medical equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime for clients.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any technical issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely records of all service and repair activities in accordance with company procedures.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Train and educate clients on proper usage and maintenance of equipment to optimize performance and minimize service calls.
  7. Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date technical support and recommendations to clients.
  8. Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
  12. Attend training and development programs as required to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls when needed.
  14. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, And A Technical Or Vocational Degree Is Preferred. Previous Experience In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.

  • Technical Skills: The Onsite Specialist Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Technology And Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment. Experience With Stryker Products Is A Plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For This Position. The Onsite Specialist Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders To Ensure Efficient And Effective Service Delivery.

  • Time Management: The Onsite Specialist Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively, Juggling Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes The Ability To Work Independently And Make Decisions In A Timely Manner.
