1. Provide on-site support to customers by troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely and effective solutions.
2. Develop a deep understanding of Stryker's products and services to effectively communicate and educate customers on their use and benefits.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Stryker.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to ensure proper usage and maximize product potential.
6. Continuously monitor and report on customer feedback and product performance to drive improvements and inform future development.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing Stryker at customer sites.
8. Travel to various customer locations as needed to provide on-site support and build relationships.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date support to customers.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
11. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve overall customer experience.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
13. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance technical and customer service skills.
14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
