1. Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing the needs and concerns of our customers.
2. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise on all Stryker products to ensure proper use and functionality.
3. Conduct regular on-site visits to hospitals and other healthcare facilities to ensure our products are properly maintained and functioning at the highest level.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with our products, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer sites, including healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Provide product training and education to customers as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of on-site visits and customer interactions.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve our products and services.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
11. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our company values and mission.

13. Travel to different customer sites as needed, potentially including overnight stays.
