  1. Provide technical support for Stryker medical devices to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Stryker products, both remotely and on-site.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker devices.
  5. Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and product feedback.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  11. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  12. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our products and values in the healthcare industry.
  14. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  15. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Support, Preferably In Orthopedics Or Surgical Equipment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures, With The Ability To Accurately Explain And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Stryker Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Willingness To Travel Extensively And Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, To Provide On-Site Support To Customers And Assist With Product Demonstrations And Trainings.
