  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain positive relationships with them.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our medical devices.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with devices, either remotely or on-site.
  5. Perform regular site visits to ensure devices are functioning properly and identify any potential issues.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of devices.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to better assist clients.
  9. Participate in training programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance standards.
  11. Travel to various client locations as needed.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Technical Support.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Stryker Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Hospital Environments And Procedures.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve Technical Issues Related To Stryker Products And Equipment On-Site.
