Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Stryker Team Members.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues On-Site.

  • Willingness To Travel And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends, To Support Customers And Meet Business Needs.
