Job Description

Stryker is looking for a highly motivated and organized Medical Education Associate to be part of our growing team. This person will coordinate, develop, and facilitate medical education programs with the goal of improving patient outcomes and healthcare provider education. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical education and will be able to think strategically to both create and implement medical education initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task, and have a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in a related field as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical education. Knowledge of medical device regulations and clinical research is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and coordinate medical education programs for healthcare professionals with the aim of improving patient outcomes.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical education programs.
  3. Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that medical education initiatives are in alignment with stakeholder needs.
  4. Design and develop educational materials to support medical education programs.
  5. Research and analyze current trends in medical education to ensure that programs are up-to-date and competitive.
  6. Create and manage budgets for medical education initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with clinical experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of medical education content.
  8. Provide technical and administrative support for medical education programs.
  9. Maintain records of all medical education programs and activities.
  10. Track and report on performance metrics associated with medical education programs.
