Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Medical Education Associate to join our team and play an integral role in developing and delivering educational programs and materials for our key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the healthcare field, and a desire to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences.We are looking for a Medical Education Associate who has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in medical education, program management, or instructional design. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also have experience with instructional design and be proficient in the use of technology such as video conferencing, online learning systems, and other educational tools.If you are excited about the opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences and have the qualifications we are looking for, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver educational programs and materials for key stakeholders, ensuring they are impactful and meaningful.
  2. Utilize instructional design to create effective learning experiences.
  3. Utilize technology such as video conferencing, online learning systems, and other educational tools in order to facilitate learning.
  4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational programs.
  5. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to ensure the quality of educational programs and materials.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure educational programs are successful.
  7. Maintain accurate records of educational programs and materials.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for improving and expanding educational programs.
  9. Create and facilitate workshops and other hands-on learning activities.
  10. Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote educational programs.
