Stryker is looking for a highly organized and motivated Medical Education Associate to join our team. This position requires a combination of administrative and educational expertise to ensure the successful execution and delivery of medical education programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.The Medical Education Associate will support the Medical Education Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of medical education content. You will be responsible for developing and delivering medical education materials to internal and external audiences. This position requires someone with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • At least two years of experience in medical education• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite If you have a passion for medical education and the skills to match, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver medical education materials to internal and external audiences.
• Support the Medical Education Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing medical education content.
• Assist in the development of educational strategies for medical education programs.

• Maintain accurate records and databases of all medical education projects.
• Monitor and evaluate medical education programs and provide feedback to the Medical Education Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of medical education programs.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and analyze new trends in medical education and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative methods to improve the effectiveness of medical education programs.
