This role is responsible for developing and delivering educational materials and activities to support our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for medical education and a commitment to clinical excellence.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in medical education. You should also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred, as is experience in curriculum development and evaluation. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver educational materials and activities to support Stryker products and services. • Create and manage curricula for medical education, including developing and evaluating course content. • Utilize technology to develop and deliver online educational materials. • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of educational materials and activities. • Manage medical education projects from concept to completion. • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical device industry trends and best practices. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of educational materials and activities. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational materials and activities. • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of medical education materials and activities.
