- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport medical devices to healthcare facilities.
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at each destination.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures from recipients.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Handle and secure medical devices with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and accessible.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe working environment.

Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: A Medical Device Driver At Stryker Must Have A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record In Order To Operate Company Vehicles And Ensure The Safe Delivery Of Medical Devices To Various Healthcare Facilities.
Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Equipment And Devices In Order To Properly Transport And Handle Them. This Includes Knowledge Of Proper Loading And Unloading Techniques And How To Secure Different Types Of Devices For Transport.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Medical Device Driver, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Healthcare Staff And Stryker Representatives. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Coordinating Delivery Schedules, Answering Questions, And Addressing Any Concerns That May Arise During The Delivery Process.
