1. Safely and efficiently transport medical devices to various healthcare facilities.
2. Ensure all delivery schedules are met and deadlines are achieved.
3. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
4. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery routes and schedules.
5. Maintain accurate and organized delivery records, including time of arrival, delivery confirmation, and any other necessary documentation.
6. Handle medical devices with care and follow proper handling and storage procedures.
7. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies and procedures while driving.
8. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during deliveries and report them to the appropriate parties.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals by representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
10. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
11. Continuously monitor and report any changes in delivery schedules or routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medical devices.
12. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
13. Stay up-to-date on all safety regulations and procedures related to the transportation of medical devices.
14. Assist with inventory management and tracking of medical devices during the delivery process.
15. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our mission and values to customers and the public.
