- Create detailed design specifications and maintain accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines for product development in the medical device industry.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and development within the R&D team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Design, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Design Principles And Experience With Cad Software.
Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Medical Device Design Control Processes.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Provide Innovative Solutions For Product Improvement And Cost Reduction.
