  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for product enhancement.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews and testing to ensure the highest quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into product development.
  • Create detailed design specifications and maintain accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are feasible for production.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines for product development in the medical device industry.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and development within the R&D team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Design, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Design Principles And Experience With Cad Software.

  • Familiarity With Fda Regulations And Medical Device Design Control Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Provide Innovative Solutions For Product Improvement And Cost Reduction.
